Terms of use

The service

Shan Gyi VPN routes your phone’s internet traffic through our servers while your account has an active plan. Server locations can change over time. We work to keep the service available, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that every website or app will work through the VPN.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. An account is for one person.

Plans and devices

A plan gives your account access for its period on a limited number of devices; the app shows how many are in use. Access ends when the plan expires or is revoked. You can remove a device from your account at any time to free a slot. For questions about a plan on your account, email support@shangyivpn.com.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time in the app or through our account deletion page.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. A VPN encrypts traffic between your phone and our server; it does not make you anonymous or protect you from every threat.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Shan Gyi VPN is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from it being unavailable.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
